Dark Dollhouse

Picked her up from Parcelfarce just before closing time – had to raise bail for her >< At least it wasn’t raining as it is now so got her home dry.

Unpacked her and tried on all her goodies and hurray for the eyes that came with her! One pair fits B-el perfectly and Marilyn snapped up some too.

Like the little animal style hat that came with her – very cute.

Met the painted gang – Not sure her and Cinnamon hit it of from the start but they seem to have warmed slightly to each other.

Had a fab day with like minded people here in London today from the DOA board.

Plan was to do Kensington Gardens and claim the Peter Pan statue as ours for the day – but the weather decided against that.

Sticky and damp we headed for the South Bank Centre, which was not the South Bank Centre… And an annoyed red tape security guard threw us out. Even stickier we then headed to the Actual South Bank Centre where we were welcome and set up camp on the 4th floor.

All was well until a very annoyed man came and told us we were very loud and that we were being annoying, reason he was annoyed, and could we please not have fun. Well he did not say that but guess that was what he meant. Luckily we were not that loud and not annoying anyone else than him and the bartender actually asked him to stop harassing us ^^ Go bartender!!!

Impressed a lot of little girls during the interval of Wizard of Oz and Cinnamon are now in some family’s camera ^^

After lots of photos and doll talk it was of to Wong Kei for dinner and more photos and doll talk.

Cannot wait for next months meet!

Got my B-el kitted out today – he still doesn’t have a name ><

Had no buttons the right size for the shirt so made some out of Fimo clay and ran into the same problem with buckles for his kilt – so raided hubby’s miniature cabinet and found some wire.

His flip flops was a last minute idea as I thought him going shoeless was a bit sad.

No time to do a new outfit for Cinnamon so she will be sporting ‘old’ rags ^^  – but she’s got new hair so think that will be ok. No one will ever know!

… Still got my Unon that does not have a face…

/Hello Girls!

Cinnamon sporting some old clothes and her new J-pop wig

Getting my Unoa B-el dressed up for Sunday and got this ‘fantastic’ idea to do a shirt with a real collar and cuffs.

Maybe I should have gone for the sweater option to save some time lol.

Getting way too late so will have to finish of the cuffs and hem and put some poppers on it Friday – out tonight so no time to do it then.

Then for the kilt…

First sample was a bit tight under the arms but second one turned out ok – this is the first one.

Have used an old shirt of hubby’s that had gone a bit unwearable around the collar area. It had a really nice embroidery on the front that I thought would work well on a doll shirt – hence the ‘fantastic’ idea of a shirt.

Put my B-el together tonight, no sanding and no glue so he is just sort of half finished. Does not show that much though and will have to do for now. Slightly more interested in making some outfits for him.

He really really really needs some new hair though >< Like the colour of the default wig but it is just not him.

Went a bit nuts with the camera so did some more pics to view here – also a couple of closeups of Cinnamon just for the fun of it. (I need better light).

And thought it was time for him to meet Cinnamon – even without any clothes on lol. Oh well ^^

Finally had time to put a face on the first boy since unpacking them Saturday afternoon.

Hope eyebrows and lashes will look at a little less sharp when he gets some eyes in and a wig on…

Otherwise, think it turned out pretty well for a second faceup ^^

Used MSC this time instead of Testors and I think it might be better. I am gonna give Testors another run just to be sure – still got a couple of cans hanging around after all.

Can’t wait to put him together tomorrow.

My Unoa boys seems to have cleared customs and are being planned for delivery!!!

Hope that I can go pick them up Saturday and get them put together. Found some nice pieces of fabric that would do nicely for some steampunk jackets for the little fellas when doing my fabric clean up yesterday.

Hope they are as cute as in pictures.
