Hubby just updated the galleries so now the ‘previous’ and ‘next’ buttons stays in one place.

Was getting slightly annoying having to watch the mouse all the time in order to go to the right place ><

+ I just realised that I for some bizarre reason managed to upload the thumbnails twice on some of the galleries. Should all be fixed now…

Just claimed the Mac! Mwahahahahaha!!!

Had a fab day with like minded people here in London today from the DOA board.

Plan was to do Kensington Gardens and claim the Peter Pan statue as ours for the day – but the weather decided against that.

Sticky and damp we headed for the South Bank Centre, which was not the South Bank Centre… And an annoyed red tape security guard threw us out. Even stickier we then headed to the Actual South Bank Centre where we were welcome and set up camp on the 4th floor.

All was well until a very annoyed man came and told us we were very loud and that we were being annoying, reason he was annoyed, and could we please not have fun. Well he did not say that but guess that was what he meant. Luckily we were not that loud and not annoying anyone else than him and the bartender actually asked him to stop harassing us ^^ Go bartender!!!

Impressed a lot of little girls during the interval of Wizard of Oz and Cinnamon are now in some family’s camera ^^

After lots of photos and doll talk it was of to Wong Kei for dinner and more photos and doll talk.

Cannot wait for next months meet!

Got my B-el kitted out today – he still doesn’t have a name ><

Had no buttons the right size for the shirt so made some out of Fimo clay and ran into the same problem with buckles for his kilt – so raided hubby’s miniature cabinet and found some wire.

His flip flops was a last minute idea as I thought him going shoeless was a bit sad.

No time to do a new outfit for Cinnamon so she will be sporting ‘old’ rags ^^  – but she’s got new hair so think that will be ok. No one will ever know!

… Still got my Unon that does not have a face…

/Hello Girls!

Cinnamon sporting some old clothes and her new J-pop wig

Getting my Unoa B-el dressed up for Sunday and got this ‘fantastic’ idea to do a shirt with a real collar and cuffs.

Maybe I should have gone for the sweater option to save some time lol.

Getting way too late so will have to finish of the cuffs and hem and put some poppers on it Friday – out tonight so no time to do it then.

Then for the kilt…

First sample was a bit tight under the arms but second one turned out ok – this is the first one.

Have used an old shirt of hubby’s that had gone a bit unwearable around the collar area. It had a really nice embroidery on the front that I thought would work well on a doll shirt – hence the ‘fantastic’ idea of a shirt.

Absolutely love the Kiki and it really suits the girls.

And new girls' name revealed itself during the session - Marilyn. I find there is a slight resemblance.

Was deciding between doing something for myself or doing some dollie stuff.

Chose me as it seemed faster as only a small amendment to a skirt, overlocked away and machine when *crunch*. The whole needle part had come lose so was twisting when moving.

So had to take the whole thing apart to fix it as too skinned to send it to repairs (bloody YHJ! and weak GBP rate) – and that took about two hours! … And now I got two spare screws but machine is fully operational again. Cannot be asked to take it apart again to find out where they belong ><

Maybe I should just have done the dollie stuff lol.

Picked her up from the UPS depot today and was slammed with a huge customs bill – bugger.

Carried her home, well hubby did ^^, and could not wait to unpack.

Got so carried away with the whole unpacking thing I completely forgot to take any pictures of half of it.

And her Lusis Araki faceup faceplate fits perfectly ^^

Took her apart afterwards and gave all the parts a good clean with nail polish remover as she had some stains here and there from an old body blush. Washed them and put her back together again with the large bust part that arrived earlier.

Just realised that I have not taken any pics of her with her cleaned up body… Sure I will get around to that later.

Tried on the clothes that came with her on both her and Cinnamon – not sure they are their style but was fun dressing up!

After the big clean

Have gotten this great idea for a steampunk outfit for my Unoas.

The idea is that it is a complete wardrobe in one outfit. Still thinking and collecting materials…

WOW!

Picked up parcels from depot today. One was my Unoa Quluts Light Princess and Butler dolls + a set of Unoa clasping hands.

Will take some photos of them when I get a decent camera again (hubby is out gaming today and abducted it ).

But just could not wait to take some of the box opening moment as I must say, it was quite a surprise. Bought the Unoa 1.0 from Rive at DOA but unfortunately she did not have all the default parts for the body – so she wanted to send me some extra stuff. Body is yet to be shipped but the extras arrived today.

Thought I was getting a large bust, faceplate and maybe some clothes but wow – in addition to this I received 2 pair of sneakers, a pair of glasses, a wig + a cake ^^

So cool!

Cinnamon seems to be chuffed too lol.

Pictures are c*** as taken with my Iphone – that camera seriously sucks – my old Nokia N73 was way better – and it had the same mega pixels!!! Hurray for advancements in technology – or not…

I have finally pulled myself together and ordered some wigs and some boots…

There was a notice of summer sale on DOA from jpopdolls so I thought, hey why not – I got no money but I will buy a bagload of wigs >< Most of them are for the Unoas but a couple will be for the Unon – but then again she is only one lol. There are lots of the others.

And I did this without much hesitation… Funny that I last night went late night shopping at Joy, tried on a couple of things which I thought were really nice – but that was it. Left without buying anything after debating for a while (with a shop assistant glaring at me to see if I was a potential thief) because I was like: I do not really need any new clothes.

Boots were ordered on the tails of a dealer order so hopefully there will be room for them – hoping – they are really really cool and will be for my Unon – Pretty sexy ^^

Can’t wait ’til it all gets here so my Unoas can get out of their fur wigs and my Unon actually get some hair lol.
